Raymond EMC can manufacture bulkhead connector panels to virtually any size. For elaborate hole layouts or where connector location is critical, Raymond EMC can machine punch hole patterns using accurate NC machining tools to match client requirements perfectly.

Our standard sizes include the following

  • 12” x 12”
  • 18” x 12”
  • 18” x 18”

Field installation

Raymond EMC’s process for installing bulkhead connector panels enables us to install them easily in the field. This means our installation specialists can work according to actual site measurements taken once the shield has been fully erected – and ensure perfect alignment with your facilities.

Two-year warranty

All Raymond EMC bulkhead panels come with a two-year limited warranty against defective materials and craftsmanship and to retain the specified RF shielding effectiveness.
