This fully customizable shielded door has a long list of safety and security features. Raymond EMC’s pneumatic automation system can meet any requirement for accessibility and shielding effectiveness – and outlast competing electric automated systems.

• Cover-mounted pneumatic activation buttons and air-release buttons on both sides of the door leaf
• Junction box complete with power supply and terminal block
• Rigid and flexible metal conduit from the junction box to the automated system
• Pneumatic components rated at 3 million cycles
• Security valve (on systems with integrated access technology) that inhibits forced entry

• Remotely mounted buttons and associated rigid conduit and switch boxes
• Safety sensors including safety switch mats, line-of-sight sensors and virtually any other safety sensor on the market that outputs low voltage

• Life safety systems response where doors unlatch and hold open upon receiving specific user-provided emergency signal

• Programmable logic control, allowing for easy addition of peripherals or modification of system function

• Automatic switching from automated mode to manual mode upon loss of air pressure or electricity, eliminating the need for blow-out hinge blocks as seen on today’s electric automation systems
• Pneumatic activation buttons eliminate the need for signal filters

• Available as a semi-automated system (with a hydraulic door closer) or as a fully automated system (with an overhead door operator)

All Raymond EMC Shielded Doors come with a two-year limited warranty against defective materials and craftsmanship and to retain the specified RF shielding effectiveness.
